Drag and drop. Picture (or file) on your desktop, click (and hold the mouse button down) then "drag" across into the reply box, release the mouse button. Your picture (or file) will upload to the forum in exactly the same why as if you use the upload a file button (that you haven't got at the moment).Now you're getting technical on me - just like @llamedos .

Mine was missing for about a week and then re-appeared on it's own.
Try "clicking" on the gap where it should be as recommended by our own computer whiz-kid that is @Philip Watkins.
Worked OK for me.
Mine's still here and fully functional
Can't be, I've just disabled flash (and reloaded the page) not causing any problems. All buttons still there.
