Dutch Coulters with Fertiliser

I'm looking to put fertiliser and grain down the spout on a Sprinter drill. I was planning on using Dutch 2" open back points but it doesn't look as though there is an option to do this on points narrower than 3". Is there a way 2 hoses can be joined near the coulter assembly or failing that can the bolt on bean tubes be used to distribute the fertiliser. I would rather not go Bourgault VOS as I already have Dutch parts available.

Whole boot is 3” but placement is a lot narrower than the overall boot width

On,y other way if you want to use the 1” bean boot is a Y adaptor used in reverse.

That’s what I’m looking for to go on a 2”. Is that a Dutch part?
