eBay Scam?

Selling a truck body on eBay at the minute. It has been up a while now. I've just received a low ball offer from a user account with no feedback that was created in 2010.
Seems a bit odd that the account would be dormant for 12 years. Is it worth engaging with this account or is it likely to be a scammer?

I had one of these previously where they bid the same amount and I counter offered, but there was no response. It was listed as a transport company account had 839 feedback items but when I looked into the company it was dissolved a year previously and companies house pointed it to a terraced house in Halesowen.

Neither contacted me with questions prior to bidding. Ignore them?

Ebay getting more hassle than it's worth; scammers, time wasters, and selling fees

Stick it in Facebook market place

No fee, and plenty on there that will buy any old shyte! 🥰🤣

Can a person making an offer change the postage option?
Also notice that in the eBay message centre it states that the offer expired 2hrs ago. But in the actual offer it didn't expire yet until after 10pm.
Is that a sign that the buyer is really in a different time zone?

Got another ebay offer this. This time my brother accepted it. Someone approx 500 miles away has bid on a lorry body I'm selling without prior contact. The offered price is close to the asking price - like what a genuine offer would be, hence why he accepted it.

What is the story now? I'm going to take it off for him if this isn't a genuine bid. I can't see how it is unless they priced haulage themselves.
