Effluent and dirty water storage

Does anyone know if above ground black plastic tanks can be used for the above? Such as the 20,000 L enduramaxx tanks. They are much cheaper than precast concrete load bearing tanks and the below ground plastic tanks all require concrete backfill. Plenty of fall off the yard due to built up yard luckily so logistics not an issue. Could plumb 3 in as a sediment capture and then sprinkler system pump off the 3rd tank. No other slurry infrastructure or slurry machinery on the farm before people suggest using stuff like that. Would need occasional empty with a tanker for sediment and they would have a shuttered wall next to them to reverse back to the top of them for that. If they are no good is there a certain grade/spec needed for effluent I can search for? Thanks
