Electonic Hitch Control not working - error 16

Hi all, I have a Zetor Forterra 11441 with the Bosch EHC. Several months ago I noticed the red light next to the 'i' on the panel flashing, however the hitch still worked. Then later the hitch wasn't working sometimes, but if I switched the ignition off and back on again it usually worked, even tho it was still flashing (at this point I didnt take any notice of what the flashes were) This week however I cannot get the hitch to work no matter how many times I switch the ignition on or off. On doing some research I now know that the error code is 16. One flash followed by 6 flashes. On speaking to a couple of dealers they say this means a lack of power to the system, but cannot seem to help pinpoint where. Yarnolds tractors told me to check the oil pressure light as the system gets its power from the same circuit, however that is working fine, comes on when the ignition is on and goes off when the engine starts. I was then told to check the mud guard controls, Ive taken them off, they look fine, no corrosion, dry as a bone. Ive sprayed WD40 for good measure but neither side will work. I've checked all the fuses in the fuse box too, they are all fine.

Someone else has mentioned some connector plugs or something under the cab around the seat area, I can't tell what they mean. It seems to me that the wire coming out of the control panel goes to a large DIN plug, then connects into some kind of black pastic box, then seems to go towards the back of the tractor where some of the wires go to the mudguard controls and some go into the hitch itself, presumably the float sensors etc. There's a few electrical connector blocks which all seem to be fine.

I'm stumped now. Without taking the tracor to bits it seems impossible to get to anything.

Anyone any ideas/had a similar problem before??
