No . I shouldn't do it really. Hashtags are / were used a lot for themes / common search terms on Twitter and other social media. These days they are a bit like making a point. It is shorthand for zero emission in use - i.e. no pollution in the centre of London, where I was yesterday in the fumes of taxis and buses (some labelled hybrid, but with diesels running). Glad to get out of it and find some fresh air.Nothing will ever be zero emissions, you cannot make a turbine to charge a car without massive emissions, let alone the car.
