No . I shouldn't do it really. Hashtags are / were used a lot for themes / common search terms on Twitter and other social media. These days they are a bit like making a point. It would have made just as much sense to have written it as a sentence without the hashtag and punctuated

It is shorthand for zero emission in use - i.e. no pollution in the centre of London, where I was yesterday in the fumes of taxis and buses (some labelled hybrid, but with diesels running). Glad to get out of it and find some fresh air.

Why would disposel be expensive? Batteries are around £400 to £500 per ton scrap?
