Electronic gate entry systems

Any ideas as to whom / where to get such a system.
200 + users, was thinking one of the little credit card type thing people could keep in their vehicle, get out of car,go to lock on the gate post, hold card to reader which undoes electric lock bolt so they can open gate, drive through then shut the gate,
No self opening gates wanted, ( make them work to get through gate ha ha ) computer records whose card was used, possible camera as well. As a bonus, it would be good if I had a remote button I could press to stop the bug£ers who will not drive slow up the drive
to stop said lock working for a few seconds, ( I know it is unlikely but they might realise the faster they go up the drive the longer it will take them to get through the gate, wishfull thinking on my part).

We use Progeny
Not the cheapest but work well, assume its for your storage yard
Ours is the older type system (P3), been in since 2002
Cards are about £3 each I think, but we charge £15 for them
New type system P4 can have sim cards and all sorts of extra controls added
Welcome to come and see ours if you want

We have a CAME system, does everything you mention (except the remote delay thing!). It works on a small fob about the size of bullet that goes on a key ring then you just hold it near a sensor to swipe in/out. All goes through to the office computer with the persons name, times of entry/exit etc and you can set restrictions to an individual or deny entry if you so wish all from the office.
I can’t remember how much it cost as it’s been in that long but I seem to think it was around £1500-2000 with the gate motor arm. The cctv is on a separate system, we use HIC Connect for that, can set detection zones on individual cameras and get alerts to your phone when someone enters or leaves the zone. It’s also good for keeping a eye on what the old mans up to around the yard 😂. Can get a bit annoying if there’s a spider living on the camera Lens though 🤦🏻‍♂️

Do you need to record who goes in and out? If not there are openers that will have up to 200 numbers on them (possibly more) so that your 'customers' can use their mobiles as remotes. You can reprogramme numbers by a text message. You need a reasonable signal though.

About the expletives driving too fast, I have wondered about making a mechanical collapsible speed bump, with an inertia lock simar to those on seat belts. Drive over it steadily within the signed speed limit and the bump collapsed smooth under car wheels. Drive faster than that speed limit and the speed bump locks up, leaving a very harsh speed bump.

I hate speed bumps that jolt the vehicle when driven over at the advised speed limit.

I just don`t fill the potholes in on the approach to the storage at our place

I loved the farm gate sign that says words to the effect of
"Speed limit 10mph, if you cannot drive at 10mph, leave your car here and walk."
