Elite sand cubicles by teemore engineering

Im putting in new cubicles. I priced up the ‘super loop cubicles’ and then looked at the sand cubicles. Teemore claim they’re better for cow comfort. they are slightly more expensive. Is anyone using them? Are they better for less muck on the beds as the cow has to lie straighter? They are also designed to have a post per cubicle which puts me off and set at 4’ instead of 3’ 9” so I’d loose spaces. Any advice appreciated.

I’m putting 100 in shortly. Spaced at 3’9”. Wanted post per cubicle as we have Intershape ones like this and it gives the cow unrestricted lunging space. Bought from farmtec, Neil Bartholomew.

Don't know if it is true but this Jersey herd were immaculate

With your cows I would go ft3.9 4ft is to big they will end up lying on the cock.

We put Teemore elite sand cubicles in last year @ 1.2m and really like them ( Deep sand ) but the bolts didnt come with lock nuts and constantly having to retighten

Even 700kg holsteins are fine in 3ft9 provided they can lunge forward

I'd never go back to 4' cubicles
