Energy price cap for industry

So today I get a message from my supplier regarding the price cap for domestic
It turns out I will pay 52p for my electric and 15p for my gas per KwH ( unit) this isa a price roughly 6 times what I was paying for my total energy 2 years ago.
I am not complaining I can just cut a holiday but it is going to put so many in a terrible situation.
But this is not agricultural you think read on

However I was a little surprised at these figures , since I recall last week announcements about industrial users getting a 21p cap on electric
so I looked a little further and yes I was right all industrial users are going to have a cap on their bills but only on the electricity costs , and gas but I wont go there as it will affect very few farmers.
in fact this cap will only apply to 29% of your bill which makes it likely that the average farm bill will be in the order of 60p/ unit
but there is another question, apart from VAT which is obviously levied at 20% on industrial users why has the other costs risen exponentially ?
2 years ago the wholesale prices were fairly static in the order 5-6p a little more for green power and for industrial customers around 15p before VAT
so why have the other charges, distribution, operating and environmental charges risen astronomically ? from 10p to 40p / unit.

Ime on 15p / kW hope that level it up !!

By luck more than judgement back in late 2019 I stuck all the farm meters on as long a contract as SSE would give me, mainly because I was fed up with dealing with all the contract renewals every year or two, so I'm on about 16p until march 2024  sad thing is we don't actually use much power, just lights really. I suppose I should be offering people to come and use my electric for 30p/unit, we'd all be quids in.

A nice long extension lead to mine would be good.

That seems very high, I had a similar email from my domestic supplier (British gas) the other day, my rates for electric and gas are going to be 37p and 11. 25p respectively. Surely all suppliers should be the same, given there's a cap? My figures are subject to a daily fixed standing charge, so not sure if that is the case with your figures?

Edited
just checked out and I am certain your rates. are up to 1st October
After much confusion I believe that my price quoted does not include the 17p discount on Electricity and 4.2p for gas. Which brings us in line
