May have been me? I've got you sorted anyway wouldnt get them perkins fan of these guys but i have menioned in the past Wingfan GB Ltd on here before, they do supply some fans to manitou like on the MLT 629 ST3B and the merc engined machines and a couple other but not for your MLA.

They also made the Redrock handler fans and i had one recently but had to pay a massive preimum (3 times normal price) to get them to build one with a reinforced centre hub which they dont normally use, Redrock used them a they used to crack other wise.

Another one that gets mention on here is Cleanfix but they are reverse fan and you dont want one of them on an MLA!
