Just found out why I haven't been paid yet, apparently someone is trying to make a dual claim on one of my fields! What I don't understand is why has it taken them nearly 7 months to find this out :mad:
Happened to me a few times over the years, it was always someone claiming for forestry grants on woodland next door. Slight overlap of the boundaries and stops all payments till you can sort it out

We have received “some” of ours , it’s not right , looks like they haven’t included a parcel of land we bought in November (17)
So my vote isn’t changing... unless you can get an in between vote

Would land bought in Nov 17 be included in this years claim anyway?

Sorry but unless payment includes HLS/ELS etc. they're gonna want some of that back!!!!
Oh joy....

Nothing surprises me anymore about "them" :(

EDIT.

With greening I don't think that's too far out.....??

Certainly around the right percentage increase on the last 2 yrs to take into account currency changes??

still not got mine , had a letter saying they hope to pay me by the end of January 2018 but would be contacting me early January with a update . my claim has been the same for last 5 years but in the last 2 years I have not had any payment till after April just hoping that its not the same again this year as its financially stressful

They removed a field in 2016 claim, off my claim. Now sent demand for payment before court action for penalties because Of their mistake. Now deducting penalty amt before 2017 payment .
So they owe me for land on 2016 claim
Owe me or will do when they pay on the same land in 2017
And finally will owe me penalties money they claimed back for their mistake.
You couldn’t make it up.
Anyone know if we can claim interest on owed money from previous years. Its a bit one sided if they can threatened it but we can’t

Had notification that mine was paid on the 20th, vote changed. A fair bit more than the last few years at over £100/acre so assume they'll be wanting some back!
