Just bought some for £95.00 as a favour.
Don't think they are worth much.
seems to me they will soon be worthless unless some scheme is put in place to encourage retirement or rewilding based on them. we took a parcel of land on a couple of years ago and bought entitlements in thefull knowledge that they would more than likely just expire, taken another parcel this year without entitlements we wont bother buying them as its a split profit /loss arrangement so over the term wouldnt be worth doing.

We have 16.4ha for sale too. I was hoping we could claim on them this year just in case it’s used as a reference year but it’s not to be! Non SDA

That should help the price up ;)

I think it's worth keeping hold of them. Historically it's been easier to get on to new schemes if already on the old one.
