Had 10ha clawed back, as described in Entitlement statement last year, I didn’t think they could do it for 2 years if not used.

Just done a transfer, it states if the person that leased them didn't use them properly they can be clawed back.

That's why it's important to check there are no outstanding issues with the owners previous claims. Have 23 non SDA available with 2 years life and no issues on usage.
