European Agricultural Machinery testing organisations?

As above, are there any independent machinery testing organisations across Europe?
I only wish to know if any ag machinery testing facility has compared different makes/ types of crop lifters purchased from around the world , when harvesting “flat to the ground”, combinable peas in European conditions, ie damp soil!!!!
