EWT wind turbines

Hello,

I believe there's a few members on here, who have EWT 500kw turbines?

I was wondering how everyone is finding EWT/Full circle now?
My past experience has been fantastic over the years, but as of late it seems to have really dropped off.
As of this year I'm standing at 81 % availability. This month has been unbelievably bad with breakdowns. I don't even want to calculate my losses this year as it will be staggering.
The service teams are always great, but it seems they are being let down by parts being hard to get or substandard refurbed parts being sent.
I'd be really interested in other owners experiences?
Thanks.

Find full circle not as good as when EWT were doing maintenance, don't seem to be on the ball nearly as much and take a lot longer to get issues resolved, for what we are paying for annual maintenance I really hoped for better.

looks like the boss of Full Circle Billy Stevenson used to be head of Enercon Services UK who carry out the servicing of Enercon Turbines in the uk. He is now in competition

Lease a site for one and it's been broken down for a fortnight.

The site is mine and the 5/6 year old turbine belongs to Clean earth.Never been stopped for more than a couple of days before, but is still stopped and no sign of anyone on site.I was requested to help transfer a heavy part for them at the beginning but I have not seen anyone yet.

Won't comment on FC, given I'm now in a legal process regarding the collapse in service since the takeover from EWT.
There is now a superb alternative option to FC now though.
WS wind services. Ex EWT employees. Service like you used to get from EWT. They are fantastic.

I believe EWT will rise again shortly in a different form.

Agree that FC service not as good as EWT was. Def not 24hr - after 1530 they don't turn up til next morning. Think my advisor is talking to WS. Happy to pm discuss at some point.
