EZGuide 250 Problem

I have a 250 that worked good. Powered it up and it would not connect to satellites. It says connected to one, but the time is wrong, reading a time in the pacific ocean. Noted a crack in the antenna, so I ordered a patch antenna and it is doing the same thing. Downloaded and install the 3.12 firm ware and still got the same thing.
Suggestions??

The new patch antenna came with a new cable and connectors. I cleaned the connection on the unit and it seems to be in good condition.

How long have you given it to settle? My old patchwork was slow and had the date etc wrong and needed the internal battery changed. Did it myself and saved 90 quid or whatever they were charging.

I have let it run for 3.5 days now. Before that I ran it two days in the pickup with me. I can't find any info on the inside of unit. Don't want to crack that egg without having a road map.

Hi!
Go to gps settings / satellites and turn off every satellite except egnos 136. Egnos 136 must be on or heed health. Than go one step back and instead of automatic selection of satelites, choose egnos 136.
Wait 3-5 minutes and see.
