It is likely the resistor that controls the fan speed, it is fitted in the roof between the two fan motors. Open the hatch on the roof to access it. Not sure where it is if you have viso roof though.

Fuse is located behind the right hand door pillar, again might be different with viso roof.

If the resistor has failed it is likely that one of the fan motors is drawing too much current as it is siezing up so check them or else new resistor will fail. As you can hear the ac click it is unlikely to be the fan switch.

Does it work on flat out speed ?

If so- replace resistor pack.

If not- check wiring to motor and/ or replace motor.

Both available from AMA or APAIR.

When resistors go they often only work on full speed. The switches go too though, I've done a couple if it's the same as a 5400 series.

The resistor pack is bypassed in full speed mode .

If speed switch was totally fubbarred - the a/c clutch wouldn't engage. OP says he has compressor action but no blower.
