Faresin Loader

I’m thinking of changing my Merlo 32.6 for a Faresin 6.30 - does anyone have experience of them?

I know the Merlo is a marmite machine on this forum - it’s a great loader due to its proportions and capacities, but pipe and electrical routing is poor. The Faresin looks like a similar simple machine. I will only have hydrostatic drive, so that rules out many others.

Can you get back up for it?

Another option to consider would be a manitou MLT 630 V or Dieci do machine that size both hydrostatic.

Do most manufacturers not do hydrostatic now? After years of slating the transmission they now use it? All handlers of a compact nature have poor wiring and pipe routing in my opinion

manitou have offered hydro for many years on some models as an option and on alot of smaller models it was the only option! but you didnt really get 6m and 7mtre manitou handlers in UK with hydro, the odd one to industrial use. Now they have a V and V+ option which is a vario hydro on the 6 and 7 series which is marketed as there flag ship top spec models, you can still have a good old 4 speed manual box though or a 6 speed powershift if you want(y)
