Farm insurance

I've found the CLA quite fair and they were good for a pay out with no noticeable increase in premium. My only grumble was they did not go after the guilty party to recover -- but that was maybe because both parties were insured with the same company!

We went there last year, seriously cheaper than previous company who in terms of service couldn't be faulted but couldn't sharpen pencil enough to compete.

We had a big reduction in insurance cost for a better cover when we moved. However I think they may have a tendency to creep the price up over a few years if you are not careful though. I'm o a three year deal but will be looking for a reduction this year due to no tatties.

As @bobajob says, they're all about the same. Keep putting the price up each year...and then offering "introductory discounts" for new business customers. The New Business teams are able to do much more discount than existing customer teams just to win customers from the competition. Crazy really, but that's life - just creates a merry-go-round of customers who are clued up....and the rest just stay put and get milked.
