To whom it may concern.
My name is daniel, I run a metal detecting company based in Norfolk. We are constantly on the lookout for suitable detecting land for our members and willing to pay good money.
If this is something that might interest you, please take a moment to read through our requirements and responsibilities.
• Suitable land for up to 100 detectorists (50 plus acres).
• Suitable safe parking, off road, yard etc.
• We supply a portaloo and chuck wagon for the day.
• All detectorists are briefed on the day regarding your boundaries and none detecting areas.
• Our members carry their NCMD cards and are insured for 10 million against liability.
• The land must not be “green waste land”
• Our director of operations will survey the land before a dig is organised.
• Land will not have had rallies or have been detected in the past three years.
• Finds over £1000,00 are split 50/50 with the farmer, subject to “fine council” approval.
• We provide two Marshalls for car parking etc.
Benefits. On average we pay approximately £1,000.00 per day per rally, that’s a 100 people paying £10.00 a head. Smaller digs of around 50 people paying £10.00 a head, that gives you £500.00. The better the land the more people will attend, the more acres you have the more detectorists we can accommodate. For example, our last dig was in IP13, 120 people over 300 acres.
All holes are back filled, any relevant lost items found on the land are collected and returned to the farm for inspection, lost machinery nuts and bolts etc.
Our rallies start at 09.00am and end at 16.00pm, (subject to the weather and time of year) your land is returned to you as we found it and you’re a lot better off. The more acres the more money you will receive in cash paid on the day. Should you have enough land, then a weekend rally can be organised doubling your money.
