They raised all sorts of queries with my claim. Couldn’t accept credit card payment for one item, wanted photos of serial numbers on auto steering (which wasn’t visible), wouldn’t accept my new email address. I really thought that I wasn’t going to be paid. After much back and forth I finally got my claim through. They approved it and then payment came after about a week.
They make things so complicated that they get bogged down with admin.
Strange how nit picking the government are with some things and yet they wasted billions on covid grants to businesses which didn’t even exist.

Does anyone know if items have to be ce marked to obtain the grant

They sent me an email half way through my claim saying that we no longer have to send photos of CE marks. However if they suspect the item is not from a supplier, ie it’s homemade, they may require more evidence.

Just had email from RPA. They've given themselves until end of Jan to settle claims. Due to volume of claims received. No mention of them going on strike for a month!!!
