My stiletto titanium framing hammer makes putting nails in easy(paslode is even easier but not as satisfying) and a 10x13mm ratcheting ring spanner that I would be lost without !

My favourite tool I don't, but wish I did, own is my mates Sahinler (sp?) power hammer.

My favourite tool would be my little Parweld inverter welder, absolute revelation

Or maybe the old billhook my grandfather gave me, my god it holds an edge

Gerber 600.
I'm on number 2 as I lost one mending a Hardi....

My first would be my Martindale multimeter. Nothing glamourous but so useful in lots of circumstances also a safety aid.
Second rarely used but invaluable is a Nikon 'dumpy' level. Saved a fortune over the years.
