Some expensive knipex side cutters are a joy to use. The last cheapo pair travelled at high velocity down the yard when I got fed up.
Oh and my 400A mig welder that was bought on a whim from Cambridge for £50 always makes me smile

My son's favourite tool is this lift table which he uses all the time.

While my fav would be my Elora socket set which my father bought for me in 1978 for £55

and I haven't lost a socket although I've replaced the ratchet mechanism.

Is it me or are the new adjustable's a pain.
you have to screw them up when there on the nut and they wont pull off.

Got to be the DeWalt multitools and all their companions. They really are a wonder and not to heavy to cart round, the jobs they can do are great

"Vise-grip" pipe wrench.....don't know why they don't just market as a multi tool.... works as a pipe wrench, spanner, pliers....hammer if need be
