Our outside barriers, parlour wall cladding 10x5 sheets held down with plenty of stainless screws and cup washers, takes the tyre pusher but wouldn't want to get on it with the maxi scraper or handler bucket.
That's all the waste off both barriers for a week.

Think fibreglass would be mega money and a screed you can trowel on still needs a smooth surface apparently

Fibreglass actually isn’t that bad on the cost of your willing to do it yourself, I’ve found a company that does kits for using on concrete ponds to make them water tight for fish, I’ve got 140ft in one run of concrete troughs and it’s going to be £800 for the kit, a lot cheaper than using the usual AG companies, im going to give it a go and post the results here

We did our parlour ourselves, materials are cheap, as in most situations it’s the labour aspect that kills the job.

How are these sheets holding up? I can do our three troughs with these for the cost of epoxying one. Are they hammer in screws or normal stainless wood screws and plugs? Thanks

The sheets are still fine, if you leave too large a gap on the leading edge silage can get under ut plenty of screws sorts this, we used stainless screws and rawl plugs with cup head washers pro8a8ly don't want anything too proud a8ove the plastic. if your not too far away your more than welcome to pop for a look

Thanks, I'm going to have to go for it I think as clock is ticking until we start calving (ie, we've started, I'm way behind). I've got lots of panel adhesive left over from a job so going to put that round the outside edge of each panel as well as the screws.
