Ours get Arden grange, seems a good food for the dozy Doberman which doesn't get on with all this cereal loaded stuff. The ocado Man carries it in the house for management too.

His crap does stink nasty though, not the ocado man, the dog's!

Of course, it you make a living selling bagged dog food, you opinion might be different!

I don't sell dog food.

There is always going to be an increased risk from feeding raw food to dogs. Was talking to a vet not long ago who had to remove a bone from a dog's oesophagus (uncooked).

You can feed a dog on a raw diet, but I wouldn't personally.

Ours has been on skinners since day one, puppy for a start, then junior, now have her on maintanence to try and keep the weight off of her

she always has 2 slices of well done toast for breakfast, then one large bowl of skinners about 4-5pm. Plus a raw egg once a week to keep her coat shiny. She looks well enough on it!

Someone once said that a labrador is just a life support system for a stomach

given the appetite ours has, im inclined to agree with them, she will eat just about anything!

Our previous alsatian always had Bakers....she didnt seem to "do" as well on that as our lab has done on Skinners

How true is that!

Mine seem to have a built in clock as soon as we arrive on site she seems to know which plumber / builder is opening their lunch box first!

Ours is the same....she lives out at night, when i get up il let her in, and she will sit next to the back door waiting for the sound the toaster makes when it pops up. Then she lazes about in the yard till about 4.30, and which point she returns to the back door, if it gets to 5.15 she will start tapping the doorstep with her paw as she thinks she has been forgotten!!!

Here she is, in her usual "im waiting" stance

I feed Ozka on Natural Instinct.
I guess I am on of those who believes in feeding RAW, because as has been said previously, we may have domesticated dog,s and bred out certain traits but the one thing we have not changed from their original ancestors is the digestive system.

Much to her disgust Tottie now has competition. Our 70 yr old plumber told me the other day that in all his days of lunch Boxes in van he has had many labs begging for food but never chickens that get in his van with him trying to get at his crusts!
