Fendt 516 S4 losing power

Hi,

Out harrowing with a 3m carrier today, and suddenly it felt like the harrow was working at 1 meters depth - tractor struggeling to keep 12 km/h on a flat field. Took the harrow off, but it still seems very dead, cant get up to any speeds, any uphill seems to drain it of power. Could i have mucked up some TMS-stuff, or is this more sinister? Called the dealer, just wanted to know if anyone has had the same experience? No error messages, and the tractor starts/runs fine, just have no power.

Thanks for your replies - @Chuckie hit it on the head, intercooler hose had come lose, good as new now! :)

Mine actually blew the clip apart, I fitted a better clip so it won't happen again. Then it blew a hole in the hose instead :banghead:

It's when you start getting adblue faults that your problems really begin, instant limp mode (about 25hp) when this code comes up:poop:

I might start a new thread about it

Check the two filters first, and the nozzle for cystalised ad blue

I've just changed the main filter, is the other one the breather one that looks like an inline fuel filter?

Is it just a case of pulling the unit out where it fits in to the exhaust and cleaning it up? Similar to this
