When was that priced?

Single Top is a small volume product, so hard to get some times. I always used to order it in June for use the following spring. I think it’s largely made to order.
Was ordered on 13 Feb......I quoted wrong it was £253 not £284 .I just re-read the email .Delivery asap

Do any experts on here have an opinion on what fert prices will do in the next 3 months should we get a Brexit deal or not? Like most years has fert dropped in price this last fortnight since i bought mine?

Depends what fert you get. All imports (pretty much everything apart from CF stuff) will have a 6.6% duty on IF there is a no deal. This will be an instant duty & will add roughly £10/15/t on top of ALL imported fertiliser.

Knowing CF they will probably jump on this fact due to imported products to make their stuff.

I’ve bought a fair wack of what I need for this year and might go for another load. If it’s a price I’m comfortable with I’d rather have it there ready to go than be waiting for it when there is a massive rush. If it drops a lot I’ll just buy a pile and build a shed to store it

There's a 6.5% EU duty on imports plus a further €32-47/t duty on AN. This raises the internal EU market price so should theoretically lower prices. A lot of our fertiliser comes from the EU so we'd have to know whether our government would charge tariffs on imports. I'd say that was unlikely. On the flip side, if the £ goes down in value this will have the opposite effect.

Personally, I'd get it bought if you need it soon for booking haulage if nothing else. New season will kick off in May/June as usual. I see little point in second guessing what the children in Brussel & Westminster will or won't do!

My earlier post does state i bought it a fortnight ago. I think im having my leg pulled that its dropped fairish since. One local clever dick is telling people hes bought his on the understanding that if it drops in price , the price drop will reflect in his bill. Anybody else on this price tracking payment option?

Humber Palmer do this. It has to drop by £10 a tonne for it to move though I believe

$30 reduction from 3 weeks ago, hope it drops more, was only $463 the first week of Jan but I still had that bin full of Canola. I paid $470 last year at this time - I need to price earlier in the year but don’t want to take delivery too soon because of being caught with a binfull delivered on a damp day that solidified. Will do more shopping around this week but need to get covered.
