Had a driver in today who said he’d been involved in hauling “poly something or other” from the old Sirius mine to the Redcar steelworks site for storage. “There’s hundreds of thousands of tonnes to shift, needs to be shifted to get to the better potash”.
Israel Chemicals Ltd (ICL) must be rubbing their hands at the current prices.
Anyone that’s had a polysulphate delivery care to look at the location on the weighbridge ticket?

did the sirius mine actually produce anything yet bought by anglo american who can afford to develop it the government didnt even try to help them with loans really sad something which would have been a great asset to the country
