#90 only covers the basestation itself. You would need to buy the collars/ear tags which are #91. It's a sizable investment when it's all said and done.
I've never seen or understood the benefit of the calving detectors. How do you know if you've put it on the right cow? I've had relatively low issue with calving difficulties over the years and I put that down to easy calving bulls and having dry cows in the right condition. The odd difficulty I've had I doubt a gadget on the tail would have fixed it.
