That brings back a memory - worn clutch on the Sanderson transmission. It was the last straw for me with mine and I got rid of it - went to Poland. Cold weather starting was so bad - I had to put balance a hot-air blower into the air intake, behind the filter, nip to the cab, hold the pre-heater on for x seconds, start her up and nip back fast to remove the blower. One time the suction pulled the nozzle off the hot-air gun. That'll still be down at the bottom of the intake pipe, as it didn't make things any worse. Not much could have made that beast worse...

Now loving my JCB 520-40 replacement. ?

The old guy who owns the Sanderson had me look at it a few months back he's had a couple on demo but didn't like them or the price ??. Said I would have another crack at it. It's definitely seen better days but the hydraulics on it are so smooth ,bits just everything else that's wrong with it

Deceased or seized?! Either not good in a newish tractor
We've got a guy coming out who can re bore the cylinders on site and in situ will save a lot of work, luckily the cranks ok so it will get new main bearing shells pistons and oversized rings..definitely not good and should of been stopped as soon as it overheated but it wasnt.

If you can get someone with Serdia diagnostics it will tell you how many times it overheated or how many alarms it registered!!
