Fiat 80-90 3 point linkage rear hydraulics help please

Hi I am having trouble with my Fiat 80-90 rear arms will not lower; it is low on oil; the oil is same for the whole transmission and hydraulics??
Or id the rear diff oil involved with the rear hydraulics??? help please

Has it got Lift-o-matic, this iften causes problems with the llinkage not operating. Usually just needs the cables adjusting.

I think the linkages are ok I can operate right at lever manually

Yes, screw it either way to see if it makes and difference and as said above check the liftomatic thing

The one oil is shared throughout. ie one reservoir for hydraulics, transmission and diff.

Yes oil is the same a SUTO 10W-30 is fine, you can use this oil in the engine and the tractor backend.

If the tractor hasn't been used for a while they can stick a bit, so put some weight on the rear lift arms and try raising and lowering it for a while to free it up.

THanks for the advice; I think I lifted arms too far by nudging blade on rear

There's a valve on the lift top under the cab under a big gold coloured nut its spring loaded with a ball bearing take out and clean it debris can get trapped there its hard to get at though

I thought 90 series had separate oil for transmission and the backend?

90 series models up to and including the 80 90 have one reservoir. 90 90 and up have separate compartments.
