thanks for the replies , im sorted now with a firm 40miles away who had some in stock which they called same 6 !
gets a bit confusing unless your doing something every day , why have marley changed there profile after all these years ?

@quavers its because Eternit had been taken over by Etex. The Farmtec profile has been supplied in Europe for a long time before it was released into the UK market. It is supposed to be a stronger profile as well as it is around 10mm deeper than the old big six profile.

thanks for that , so are other suppliers filling the gap with the old big 6 profile , the guys who finally supplied me today said they had the profile exclusive to them which i thought a bit strange , things could get expensive in the future if repairing any size of repair and you cant get the sheets

We've got an online store where you can purchase Big 6 fibre cement ridges - just tap here

We manufacture both Cranked Crown Big 6 Fibre Cement Ridges and Vented Big 6 Fibre Cement Ridges available in all colours.

There are no stock issues from our side and can deliver nationwide
You make me laugh
2 or 3 weeks ago I asked for a price for 48 x vented ridge sheets (900 mm)

You told me you couldn’t supply them as I had to have the “whole roof” - ridge sheets were in short supply.

That after all the business we’ve done with you.

It didn’t matter, we got the vented ridge sheets from Thomas’s
