Everytime I put the rake on it seems I always have a puncture!

Can anyone recommend a product to fill these tyres to make them puncture proof? Is there even such a thing?!

That's pretty good feedback! So, price? Availability?

Think it’s £7 ish for 1l which will do a couple of small tyres, all the dealers round us usually have it on the shelf or tyre companies etc. I forgot to mention get yourself a big syringe off eBay to squeeze it in, I’ve never had much luck getting it in the valve straight out of the bottle

I use a product called PunctureSafe, after a recc on here years ago, and I find it better than OKO.
I buy it off eBay from one of their franchisees, calling himself ‘PunctureSafe South’. Seems to be happy selling it cheaper than most and service has always been spot on.:)

The rims on my bale sledge tyres of softer than the tyres! When I got a puncture I couldn't take the tyre without destroying the wheel so I resorted to filling them with foam. worked a treat.

Ok so sounds like the oko or similar is the product to go for. Next question is how much do I need to buy and put in each tyre? My lely rake has 4 tyres per rotor.

And with regards to the syringe - is it simply a case of sucking it out the bottle and putting it in through the valve??!!

You get a small tube that fits on the neck of the bottle and onto the valve of the tyre and you just squeeze it in. We use about a half to 2 thirds of a bottle per tyre IIRC

If your filling lots if tedder tires using the 1.5 ltr bottle I line them up and drill a 10mm hole in the base if the bottle then insert the blow gun from the compressor and blow the tire seal into the tyres have filled rear tractor wheels with full bottle in about 5 seconds
