I need some advice, I had my first lamb yesterday, today I noticed it’s arse has a a amber gluey poo stuck to it and it’s tail! Is best to get some warm water and wash it off?

Thats a good sign, (y)of quality and quantity of milk and that the lamb is healthy and a good sucker.
you should be able to gently ease thestuck tail off its backside ,just do it carefully and slowly so as not to tear the skin. he should be ok after that.

If it’s a single lamb it Will have had belly full of first milk no harm really a wash with warm water and then sum sudacream stuff for baby’s bums will stop it sticking again
