Why not just excavate it out, provide some shallow areas for breeding ducks and charge a rental from a shooting syndicate, in other words turn it into a leased flight pond. Setting up a fishery is a bit of a minefield. I almost wouldn't bother with coarse fishing unless they are larger than an acre each. Carp puddles are just that, fairly miserable places that don't attract the best customers or the best income.
