Our scraper tractor, Ford 4000, might be a 4600
has a hydraulic foible
If it is facing uphill the arms don't always lift up, unless the clutch is lifted and brake pedal pressed, the incline doesn't have to be much, and it never happens when facing downhill
There's plenty of oil in it
Thoughts anyone?
