Just bought a1970 4000 and would like to fit double acting spools. Is there anywhere I can tap in to which will provide me with constant hydraulic supply and where can I pipe the return to. Or would I be better using the tipping pipe on constant pumping,

Secondly I have the chance to get an old Class Rollant 52 Baler would the 4000 hydraulics handle it.

Usually a feed from the tipping trailer pipe, and return into the top of the rear cover where you top up the oil ( see pic below ). What hydraulics does the baler need ? pickup and rear door would be fine I think. Have tipped a 10 ton twin ram trailer with one years ago. Will be a bit slow compared to modern standards.....
