got a ford 5030 L reg using tractor the other day and hydraulics and pro packed up at same time, any ideas?

You’ve either lost all hydraulic pressure from the pump or the splines on the driveshaft in the flywheel have gone and you have no drive going back to the hydraulic pump or PTO pack. Have you got any hydraulics at all? Can you crack open a pipe to see if any flow?

Almost certainly splines gone in drive shaft to back end.A rotavater would put a shock load on the shaft and it’s a 4610 back end with 70 odd hp

Proper diagnosis from mechanic then probably split tractor and replace shaft.

There was one turbocharged nearby... It didn't last long
