Ford 5610 spitting black oil/diesel out of exhaust manifold

So I have a 1988 Ford 5610 2nd generation. I just got the engine rebuilt on the tractor and now it’s putting a black substance out of the exhaust brought it to a dealer they said it needed work they put it on a dyno and it stopped for a while but then Came back again

Bores are glazed up it needs some hard work.

is the heater plug leaking and have only new rings been fitted and you have been charged for pistons and liners
Were injectors serviced?

We got pistons liners rings head gasket and they did service the injectors they said it was hard work but they put it on a dyno And it came back

any coming out of the exhaust?
That looks to be coming out of head gasket.

I will get more picture tomorrow but from the other side it’s leaking out of the joiner of the exhaust pipe we have tried to tighten it more but makes no difference

Check its not coming from the rocker cover? That looks like what mine did and a new gasket on the rocker cover sorted it.

tin dome thing all along the top of the engine, simple cork type gasket under it which is a easy fit, tighten evenly though.

I remember that occasionally the silencer outlet would be wet on my dexta but that was water

Did they recon the head ? Could be a bad exhaust valve but as said give it some work and nip the rocker cover bolts up first as they normally need doing due to the thick gasket settling in .

Suspect rocker cover gasket as others have said. The only way I could ever get the darn things to seal properly was to soak the gasket in clean engine oil before fitting and the tighten the rocker cover from the middle outwards. Once they start weeping they're buggers to stop.

If its a cork rocker cover gasket near boiling water makes them swell up a bit .It was a trick someone told me he used on the cork fuel tap inserts

More hard work, do not let it idle or run for any amount of time off load (unless cold)

You see it’s only a second tractor and the big one does all the hard pto work so how else do I work it hard
