Have a browse through some used tractor dealers classifieds. There daft money for the age and new price of them imo. But as i have 2 TMs maybe i shouldn't grumbleHave they gone up a lot? i was bid £22k ish 4 years ago for PC, susp front link, 5000 hrs. (its still here)
78/8340, 60 series (dual power) or early TM (dual power) or have took a fancy for an 8630So Young @Thomas5060 as i suspect my old TMs are a bit more pricey than you want to pay what are you thinking of buying?
Ah forget the dual power ones. That's just hard work for the sake of it. Electroshift or range command every time. And that's from someone who has run electroshift and range command tractors for the last 16 years trouble free.78/8340, 60 series (dual power) or early TM (dual power) or have took a fancy for an 8630
Main reason for dual power is they are a few grand cheaper than a Range command and shifting gear doesn't bother me, I'm used to itAh forget the dual power ones. As for the 8630 there fine as long as the gearbox isn't stuffed.
Ford 8240 electroshift never seem to make big money. We used to have one. Was never my favourite tractor but did everything we asked of it.Main reason for dual power is they are a few grand cheaper than a Range command and shifting gear doesn't bother me, I'm used to it
