Formula for calculating Non Domestic RHI submission end of quarter.

I've given up paying agents to do this every quarter and now struggling to do it online. I did it last quarter with the help of ofgem but cant make head or tail of my notes coming back to it three months later.
We use straw as our biomass.
There are all sorts of figures to arrive at before ending up with the GHG.

I think the F value is %moisture X tons straw burned during the quarter.

To calculate the H figure I was told Kilowatt hours used in quarter X 0.0036 = H. Is that 0.0036 constant for each quarter. How did they arrive at 0.0036?

Ive been told the "E" figure = 2. How was that arrived at?

I've searched on the net for this but maybe someone can point me to a link?
