on laptop, just click prtsc(printscreen) key top right of keyboard. Open "paint" click paste. It will then insert the page into paint, then save like anyother file.
Just check what you are looking at onscreen before you do it !:)

But it will, best way to help it is by searching I think, so isntead of us all bookmarking it, clear cookies and search, but use "The" and if anyone is on Twitter use #TFF I put this in google and here :-

Doing my best with google and using every trick in the book !

Trouble is we have only been here a few days a d other forums have been around a long time with lots of content (now lost) fooling google that the answer to the search is there

If people stay here a we get good posts and threads we will very soon dominate page 1 I'm sure

In the mean time please help any lost sheep find us - Facebook and twiter are a very good way to help

When you started this, you said that 'you felt you had no choice but to offer an alternative' - A pity then that you have to use 'every trick in the book' - Lets be clear - This is not BFF - To say 'we have moved and are back better than ever' is underhand, misleading and dishonest.

Promote this forum by all means but promote it on its own merits and not by slagging BFF off - I tell you, it leaves a nasty taste for me and others as well I should imagine.

Time to move on from the tff / bff slanging match!

I'm fairly sure Clive was referring to tricks to get this forum to the top of rt he Google list - as the thread is on that topic!

There are plenty of forums, each keen to gets lots of members posting lots of interesting info!
It's the members who will make this place what it is!

So let's talk farming matters from now on PLEASE!

As said time to move on, something the seemingly bitter mods over at BFF might try as well please

I have invested time and effort into this now, it's only natural at this stage I will do what I can to make it work, wouldn't you ?

If dishonesty comes naturally I'm not sure I agree.

This forum should start as it means to go on.

As has been said bookmark this site, but I agree with the more google searches will raise it higher up the page,I don't think its dishonest or underhand to raise its google listing, surely that means more people find it and benefit that way?otherwise its like having a shop that's boarded up.raising its google status can't be a bad thing when people are still popping up saying they did,nt know its here

Looks like Clive is using adwords?

There is only so much SEO you can do that makes any difference in the first few weeks. Until the Google bots have done their next pass then it will tend to linger in the depths with any generic search. Time is your best friend here.

Also, everyone can help to raise the profile with Google by putting links etc on different sites, forums, facebook, Twitter.

The rise of TFF.
