free oil return?

are both of these free oil return? I need to swap the order, can i do it? got a new amazone sprayer it has the top connector so I have to plug it into the bottom one on the tractor, however the hitch is in the way so I need to move it higher if possible

so top one is power beyond dealer says, bottom free oil return

pic attached u can see my problem, the hitch is in the way. I removed the fancy handle from the hose it didn't help. so maybe I can get socket on tractor with slight angle?

Maybe get a foot long rubber pipe made up with a 90deg on it to fit the tractor?



And loads of NEW cable ties to keep it all out of the way!!!

someone gave me idea to change return to a regular spool valve and connect it to another pair and put it into float position, but the oil will have to flow through more hydraulics to get back to the tank?

other side I have same connector but smaller, if this is also oil return maybe I can just put the bigger one on here, or is this hydraulic trailer brake?

A spool does not provide free flow return, they're a bit restrictive.

What tractor is it?

Looks like a NH?

A lot of them have a plug underneath the top link that can be used as a ffr once it has a fitting added.

but here is what I'm trying to hook up. the new uf2002

another problem is it seems cat3 only balls so I might need to upgrade my hooks from 2 to 3 if amazone dealer can't get cat2 balls

Good luck with the the case. You’ll need it.

If your hooks are only Cat 2 on the tractor, you should be able to swap the balls out on the lower links and top link on the sprayer to be Cat 3/2 - that is large(r) bore to fit a Cat 3 pin but with an overall Cat 2 outer size to the ball.

unfortunately it's proprietary, the balls and pin are one piece. you would think inside was cat2 and outside cat3, but when it came time to hook up surprise surprise

dealer emailed Germany cause they can't find cat2 version of this in parts list. so either might need bigger hooks or sand this down lol

as for hose made a temporary extension for now until I sort it out properly

Cat 3 balls are 64mm diam. and Cat 2 are 57mm diam.

You might have to get your friendly local engineer to turn them down to Cat 2 on a lathe, sanding them might be a touch slow.
