In theory big farmers & estates owners who have control over their land will potentially fit the criteria to make biggest claims as to your remarks about handling pens , they'd only get used once for loading your cattle up to go to the abattoir before rebuilding your farmI wondered about capping, it will suit the biggest landowners like it has in the past. So if you put some shiny new handling pens in for cattle say that makes them less stressed will you get an ongoing payment or is it a one off to pay for the kit ?
Hands up i fell into that head first, yep producing the same heap for less inputs and carbon is productivity, bit like me having clover and herb leys to get lambs away off what they graze rather than giving them cake!that is not what prouctivity means
