Hello can anyone tell me on a international 584 Sekura cab is there a filter in the electric lift pump changed the two cav filters and having a job to bleed it got it running but only on tickover thanks

If it’s got a facet gold flo then yes there’s a filter in the end undo with 7/8 spanner.
Thanks l tried to undo it but I don’t think it’s ever been done before and the nut broke off the bottom it went with a bang but the bang made the pump go faster and better than I’ve ever seen it .There was diesel squirting everywhere it bled up no problem and it’s running perfect so I’ll leave it alone for the time being 👍

We did away with electric lift pumps on the 2 we had. Brother fitted an inline hand pump for priming, as fitted to later 95 series.

Right thanks I did wonder if you could do this . Do you know where he fitted the pump ?
Long time ago but, as I recall, just before the filters. The main pump seems to cope with lifting fuel under running. Crap photo added, can you see the hand primer just behind the twin fuel filters?
