About a fortnight ago my 80 yr old mother had a phone call from those lovely people at Certas, saying that they were delivering in the area in the next week and did she want some heating oil as it was going up! so she ordered 1000litres at the best price they could do which was 47.8p / litre!!! (+ VAT) plus £12 for some additive
So I rang local rep and asked him the price the following morn, 28p + vat, I told him about my mother's quote and he gave me some story about her being domestic not business, anyway I told him what I thought about his company and where he could shove it, robbing barstewards!!

Certas delivered my oil.

Who do you use in Pembrokeshire?
We’re based between Swansea and Carmarthen and struggle to get competitive prices from anyone other than Certas and Oil 4 Wales. We used to use Silveys as well but they’ve been bought by O4W. Always looking for other companies that would Suppy us!

Was kp Thomas for a bit then je Lawrence has been at least a penny cheaper than kp

O4w is near enough on the doorstep but they always a few days delivery. The 2 above will always deliver near enough the next morning after the order

Ah thanks for your reply. Tried both of them and we’re just out of their zone, quite annoying as I see their tankers drive past us almost daily!
do they have dedicated reps? Or just office based?

Rang CPL (certas). Quoted 47.59 for red diesel. Thought that was very cheeky and put the phone down didn't want to negotiate. Watson's did it for 40.00.
