There is currently a 5p reduction on fuel duty to help combat the cost of living crisis from 2 years ago. It was only meant to be for one year but last year it was carried on for another year. It is perfectly possible it won't be extended again this budget so it may get lifted in the coming budget on the 6th March.

If it is lifted expect prices to rise by 5p the week after next.
