Looked back to 16th june last year and to fill the tractor would of cost £224 but this year it’s costing £480.
Hard to accept harder to pay

Had 2000l red delivered 1.23 today from Johnston oils. Ordered lunch time yesterday and was here before 8am today.

Had ordered the same from a different supplier last week at 1.17, the lady on the phone messed the order up by putting it down as derv. So when I phoned asking when delivery would be, was told this, they refused to honour the price and instead expected me to pay 1.29 for their mistake. Was OilFast.

Doesnt seem any shortage or delivery issues i agree.

I guess there is resistance to the price so as long as people are not desperate they are not buying, hence rapid delivery. Every time I 've tried to hold off it's gone up again when I'm desperate!

I live on a main road and there is noticeably less evening and middle of day traffic.

I'm not desperate and I made sure in told them.
I'm waiting on united fuels ringing me back with a better price as its a combined 4000litre order
