FYM spreading in Wales??

What are the rules now for spreading straw based FYM in wales?? Are there certain dates to abide by?? We mormally spread what we scrape out through winter on a upland farm not near any rivers or streams.. Can this be done this winter??

I'm pretty sure that 'what you scrape out' is classified as slurry, which will be under different rules to FYM. Gets to be a bit of a grey area when you push that material onto a pile of strawy stuff I suppose....
