Gatekeeper report

I’m trying to print field operations off from the operations screen. I’m using the print tab at the bottom of the screen, the report prints off but it’s tiny, its almost impossible to read the text or figures. Gatekeeper support say that’s just the way it is! I’ve used this feature numerous times in the past and whilst the text has always been on the small side it’s never been illegible.
Anyone know what’s going on? Anyone help? It’s not a case of simply increasing font size.

I've always printed maps on A3 and now its not possible. Support told me the other day that I was lucky and that it rarely allows that. It's the way it is. Mad

Could you try and print a similar report off to me and see if your report is readable? I know in the past I’ve been able to do what I want.

Can you do it from the field tab , print report, then detailed operations?

As an aside I printed out an nmax report for an inspection in presence of the inspector and gatekeeper programme changed parsnips to forage maize when I printed. Tech support said it wasn’t possible and wasn’t happening. Gave up in the end and did it myself on excel.

In my fields screen, operations tab and then print icon towards the bottom of the page. It used to work reasonably well albeit on the small side, now it’s minuscule text.

Just done exactly as you said here, and it fills a whole page.

16 lines condensed into a couple inches. Very small text, but just readable.

A better way is in the "reports" section to choose "field record card"

There is a way of building you own report and saving this on the menu, it might then print larger?

No, it doesn’t work.

I don't use the software .. but here a few ways I get print larger.

Can you print Landscape rather than portrait.

You can also increase the "size" of the paper by reducing margins Left, Right, Top & Bottom.

Can you read the report on the screen ? Do you have to use a scroll bar to view the report in total ? You can use the snipping tool to take "screen" copies and print sections .. or use the paint program to stitch them together, manipulate as you want and then print. I do this all the time with stuff that doesn't print well.
